Due to COVID-19, there are many shipping and logistic companies that prioritise emergency and necessary medical equipment. There could be a possibility that your CloudBra may be held by the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer shipping times. 


SHIPPING OVERVIEW

We provide free shipping for all orders within the United States!

Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in Miami. We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard.


SHIPPING TIMES

For orders within the US: 7 - 12 business days

For orders to UK, Australia and EU: 10-22 business days

For all other international orders: 15-22 business days

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time from initial order usually takes about 1-2 business days. The orders are handed over to our shipping partners after they have passed the Quality & Performance Inspection*. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live.

*The Quality & Performance Inspection consists of a variety of tests conducted on the product to ensure its proper functionality before leaving the CloudBra facility. Our customer experience is extremely important, and CloudBra ensures that our product arrives in the top condition.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, CloudBra will contact you via email or phone. In busy and peak periods please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

*All international shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.


ORDER TRACKING

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!
